1 Minute Anchoring Breath

For 1 minute all you are doing is focusing on your breathing, silently saying;

  • Breathing in, I notice I am breathing in
  • Breathing out, I notice I am breathing out
  • Breathing in I feel lighter, breathing out I feel calm

Breathe in slowly and fully, pause, breathe out with an audible sigh, pause…
You can have your eyes softly open and focused on a point on the sea or you can have them closed.
