Eat

  • Simple & light
  • Still, slow, savour
  • Nutrition: mainly fresh, plant-based + protein (Blue Zones)
  • Portions: 2 main meals and 3 snack meals
  • Need vs want
  • Cravings
  • Alcohol

Move

  • Walking 20 – 90 minutes x 2
  • The 5MY 1 – 2 times
  • Micro breaks every 2 hours if sitting all day
  • Learn strengthening, stretching & mobility exercises in response to your body’s messages

Rest

  • 6 – 8 hours sleep
  • Rest and naps as required 
  • Listen to your mindbody for cues

Calm

  • Be present
  • 3 long deep breaths before eating
  • Stillness/meditation
  • Journal
