Working with me will enable you to manage the inevitable challenges of life and relationships calmly and kindly. This essentially requires you to develop a stronger relationship with your Self – in mind, emotion and body.

My approach is relational and development focused which means I will provide insights to help you understand your thoughts, feelings, behaviours, memories and relationship challenges as well as providing guidance and practices to liberate you from negative behaviours, habituate positive behaviours and learn emotion regulation. All of this serves to clarify a way of life that increases life satisfaction, relationship harmony and inner peace.

I work with individuals and couples in Private Sessions, either in-person or via Zoom. 

I also provide Group Coaching Programs presented online over 4 weeks.

We can have ‘in-person sessions’ at my room in Albert Park or we can have video sessions via Zoom – both are offered on the booking form.
