I draw on the collective wisdoms of ACT, EFT & Attachment Theory, Buddhism, Compassionate Inquiry and the basic principles of neuroscience & Polyvagal Theory. Combine that with 30+ years of business experience plus a lifetime of rich personal experiences and you have an effective combination of training and authentic support.

I will help you understand and better manage difficult thoughts, feelings, urges, behaviours and memories as well as guiding you to cultivate life satisfaction and inner peace.

I work wth individuals & couples, in person or via Zoom.
