In Relationship is an immersive, small group coaching program designed to liberate you from the patterns that create disharmony in your relationship so you can create enduring connection, stability and satisfaction.
Across the four weeks, you will learn:

- The skills of self and co-regulation
- Essential skills of relationship communication
- Balancing separateness and togetherness
- Living with differences
- How to reharmonise after conflict
- How to recognise triggers before reactivity
- Typical attachment patterns and how to stabilise their dynamics
- The 2 foundations of a secure relationship
- The practice of ongoing clarity and agreement
- The ‘Spectrum of Intimacy’ & how to maintain intimacy over time

Please Note: ‘In Relationship’ is not suitable for couples on the brink of separation, if this is your situation please book 2-3 Private Sessions.

Week-by-Week Outline
The Ingredients of Relationship Longevity
Understand what is required for two different people to be in a relationship, most likely cohabitating, for a long period of time and learn what is required to maintain stability and satisfaction for both, through the years.
Mindful Communication and Connection
Learn the essentials of everyday communication as well as how to verbalise and receive grievances, feedback and requests without it fracturing the foundations. Understand what connection actually is and how to strengthen it over time to build an impenetrable bond.
Maintaining Stability Amidst Turbulence, Change & Stagnancy
Learn how to stay anchored when emotions fizz and how to fully resolve issues so they can be left in the past. How to accept and move through change and, how to recognise and shift out of stagnancy.
Nurturing The Bond and Holding The Course
Clarifying the notion of love and how to embody it. The importance of shared values and visions and how to keep them alive. The value of self-fulfilment and how it feeds relationship harmony. Accepting and moving with the nature of evolution over time.
